Shipping Information
We carefully prepare each order for its journey to you:

- Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We currently ship worldwide, excluding Asia and certain remote areas. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.
Our Return Promise
If your treasure doesn’t spark joy as expected, we offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchange Process
Follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired exchange item. We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item, subject to availability.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 5-7 business days (your bank may take additional time to post)
- Original Shipping Costs: Non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method—like carefully placing each charm back in its proper box.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customs/duties fees cannot be refunded
Damaged or Incorrect Items
